Broadcasting Standards Authority defends its decision

The Broadcasting Standards Authority is being criticised for becoming increasingly conservative in its decision-making. TVNZ says it will appeal to the High Court after the Authority ruled using the"F"word in a current affairs programme was inappropriate before the 8:30pm watershed.
