Evacuations in Hawke's Bay after wild weather

Rising water levels on some parts of the Hawke's Bay coast have caused the evacuation of at least 60 people in Te Awanga, near Hastings. Our reporter in Hawke's Bay, Heugh Chappell, joins us now.
