Student groups fearful of Budget changes to loans

Student groups have been viewing this coming Budget with trepidation ever since the government flagged changes to Student Loans. However the education sector will be one of the few areas to get increased funding. Education Correspondent John Gerritsen, found most of the education community in Dunedin and Dannevirke are getting by, although early childhood is still apprehensive after 2010's cuts.
