Gym users resort to online auctions to get out of contracts

Gym users unhappy with high cancellation fees are resorting to online auctions to get out of their contracts. The Commerce Commission says thousands of gym users may have entered into consumer credit contracts, without knowing their rights to full information about the contracts.
