Crime victims question failings of justice system

The victims of serious crimes have quizzed top lawyers on what they consider to be failings of the justice system. High profile prosecutors, defence lawyers, academics and MPs turned up at the Sensible Sentencing Trust's annual conference in Auckland to answer questions from rape victims and fathers of murdered young women.
