Obama sends message to China

The president of the United States, Barack Obama, and a slew of other leaders at an Asian summit have confronted China over its expansive claims to the South China Sea. The annual East Asia summit in Bali was attended by leaders from 18 countries - including New Zealand's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Murray McCully.
