Terrace on Park buildings at risk of collapse

Park Terrace and Salisbury Street in Christchurch are going to be blocked off today ahead of the staged demolition of two high rise apartment blocks, deemed so dangerous that demolition engineers are warning they could collapse without warning during the operation.
