Projected property pick-up unlikely - economist

Predictions of an increase of buyers in the property market could be premature. The chief executive of the property website real-estate-dot-co-dot.nz, Alastair Helm, says a pick-up in property sales will persuade more people to list homes for sale, helping ease a shortage of listings.
