Govt delays action to protect foreign fishing crews

A ministerial inquiry has found repeated instances of foreign crew working on New Zealand chartered fishing boats being mistreated and underpaid. The Slave Free Seas charitable trust's spokesperson, lawyer Craig Tuck, joins the programme.
