Yet more financial difficulties in the Eurozone

The ratings agency Moody's has downgraded the ratings of six German banks including the country's second-biggest lender Commerzbank. Luis Garicano is a Professor of Economics and Strategy at the London School of Economics and he says Europe has only a few weeks to stop the rot.
