Some Maori leaders have travelled to Wellington today for the release of a Waitangi Tribunal report into water rights; The man temporarily heading a Wellington iwi says he has no idea how long he'll be filling in for the Chairman, who's stepped aside while a financial inquiry is carried out into another Maori body; Whanganui river descendants are running out of time to give their feedback about their iwi's Treaty claims, so the tribe can press ahead and reach a settlement with the Crown; Chile's envoy to New Zealand says a student exchange with Maori will help to keep the traditional culture of indigenous Easter Islanders alive.
