New Zealand has its day in court over whaling

New Zealand has had its day in the world court to support Australia's legal battle against Japanese whalers. Monday was the first time in nearly two decades that New Zealand has appeared before the International Court of Justice in the Hague, and the only non-nuclear case it has been involved in.
