Electricty Authority says many factors are driving up prices

Electricity consumption has fallen this winter yet prices continue to rise. Figures published by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment from the June quarter show that electricity demand fell 2.5% in the past year, while energy prices rose by 3%.
