Jeremy Coubrough, who provided percussive poly-rhythms for Orchestra Of Spheres until recently, has just released a new album of his own, under his solo project Tlaotlon.
Now based in Melbourne, he’s turned his talents to techno, quite abstract techno, full of sonic surprises and orbiting rhythmic loops.
Emma Smith got him on the line and got to talking about listening to sounds for sounds’ sake.
