Last week New Zealander Annette Campbell-White was presented with an award for philanthropy at the International Opera Awards in London

She established the Kia Ora Foundation in 1997 especially for New Zealand musicians needing funds for post-graduate study overseas.

She spoke to Eva Radich about the significance of the International Opera Award for philanthropy.
