CP is an ambassador for the Foundation for the Blind's appeal week starting today. CP was born in Taiwan - and at the age of two, lost his sight to retinal cancer.He moved to Christchurch with his family at the age of 13, and while at Canterbury University discovered he had a talent for wine - for tasting it and remembering it. This lead to a diploma in viticulture and winemaking and CP is now winemaker at Waipara's Mounford Estate, as well as a consultant to vineyards in Australia, Europe and the US.

Sister Catherine Cowley is a lecturer in Christian ethics at Heythrop College, the philosophy and theology college of the University of London, a nun with the Congregation of the Religious of the Assumption, and a former wealth management advisor in London.

Her thesis was entitled The Application of Catholic Social Teaching to Business Ethics with particular reference to the Finance Sector. It was this study that provided the basis for her 2006 book, The Value of Money - Ethics and the World of Finance (published by T&T Clark).
