Chris Amon, along with Bruce McLaren and Denny Hulme, were at the top of the world stage in the 1960s and '70s - Chris won major Grand Prix titles at Le Mans and Monaco, the US, Argentina, Le Mans, NZ and Monaco Grand Prixs (among others), and was headhunted to drive for Ferrari, but never a world championship GP - but despite the big win eluding him, Chris tells us why he feels lucky.
A new DVD about him, Bruce McLaren and Denny Hulme (both deceased) is being released, which has footage that was not able to be broadcast over here at the time.
