Dave MacPherson, whose son Nicky Stevens drowned after being let out of Waikato DHB's mental health facility on an unsupervised smoke break, says a review of the case is a whitewash. The DHB is set to apologise to the 21 year-old's family - but a DHB review has found his care was of a good standard.
