From Nine To Noon, 9:49 am on 17 July 2014

The Mothers of Srebrenica sued the Dutch government on the grounds its peacekeepers failed to prevent the deaths of the men who were expelled from a United Nations compound in Srebrenica where they had sought refuge during the conflict in the former Yugoslavia in 1995. The Hague District Court has ruled that the Dutch government was liable for the deaths. Axel Hagedorn is one of the lawyers representing the Mothers of Srebenica - he has been working on this case for 10 years.
