The laws around family violence - are they enough?

Half of the homicides in New Zealand are related to family violence and most victims of homicides are women. Former chief family court judge, Peter Boshier, is now a law commissioner and White Ribbon ambassador. He discusses whether the current laws around family violence are enough to reduce New Zealand's family violence statistics.
