What to do with Tamarillos

Northland tamarillo grower Robin Nitschke says the fruit is versatile for both savoury and sweet dishes. He runs through a couple of recipes, including one for tamarillo chutney. Robin is also the Manager and Chairman of the Tamarillo Growers Association and one of around 40 tamarillo growers in New Zealand.

He talks with Kathryn Ryan.
