GST increases

GST is virtually certain to increase by 2.5 percent but a new survey of small businesses has found that almost half of all respondents plan to increase prices by 5 per cent or more - in order to claw back margins eroded during the past two years. The survey, by accounting software firm Accomplish, was completed by 500 retailers, small manufacturers, contractors and trades people.
