The latest diplomatic dispatches released by WikiLeaks that suggest former prime minister Helen Clark sent troops to Iraq in 2003 to prevent Fonterra from losing lucrative United Nations Oil for Food contracts. And another cable says that US Ambassador Charles Swindells privately told her that New Zealand's failure to get a free trade agreement underway was linked to its anti-nuclear policy.
