Joe Alves is the man behind the Great White Shark that terrified audiences more than 30 years ago. As the production designer for Jaws - he designed the mechanical shark that menaced the seaside town of Amity. He went on to work on the two jaws sequels, including being pulled in to direct the widely panned Jaws 3D. He talks about his long career in Hollywood and shares his views on the use of 3D and special effects today.
