Raurangi Marino's eligibility for sex offending treatment

The 16-year-old found guilty of viciously attacking and raping a five-year-old tourist is not eligible for sex offender programmes because he is too young. His lawyer, Katherine Ewen, the manager for the STOP collective treatment programme for male sex offenders, Don Mortensen, and the director of psychological services from the Department of Corrections, Nikki Reynolds, all join the programme.
