Justin Hodgkiss is a senior lecturer in Physical Chemistry at Victoria University of Wellington, and a Rutherford Discovery Fellow. He's working on commercially viable printable energy-generating solar cells - revolutionary nanotechnology which it's hoped will allow householders to harness enough energy from the sun's rays to power their homes. The technology would also have a big impact in developing countries.
