Food with Laura Vincent

Laura Vincent established her food, recipe and restaurant review blog Hungry and Frozen in 2007. She was approached by Penguin Books to write a cookbook and the result, also called Hungry and Frozen, has just been published. It includes more than 150 comfort food recipes dreamed up in the dingy kitchens of damp Wellington flats, such as haloumi cheesecake, Smarties pavlova, and a whole chapter devoted to brunch.
