Vulnerable children

The government has recently launched a 10-year Children's Action Plan which aims to fundamentally change the approach to children and the way the most vulnerable are protected. The Director of Children's Services for Leeds City Council in the UK, Nigel Richardson, is in New Zealand and talks about this initiative.
