Louise Maher is a field and online reporter for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, reporting on the Dawn Service in Canberra.

Dick Martin is the son of WW1 sapper Bertram Martin, one of the New Zealand Tunnellers.

Group Captain Francis Grigson is the Wellington contingent commander for the Royal Australian Air Force.

Eugene L. Rogan is Associate Professor of the Modern History of the Middle East and Fellow of St Antony's College at the University of Oxford. He is the author of the acclaimed 2009 book The Arabs: a History, and the new title The Fall of the Ottomans: the Great War in the Middle East (Basic Books, ISBN: 978-0-465-02307-3).

Steve Wilde is a regional correspondent for Radio New Zealand. He will report on Anzac commemorations in Queenstown.

Marjorie Lee, 93, is a former shorthand typist. Audrey Harper is a former radar plotter. Both were members of the Women’s Royal Naval Service during World War Two, in New Zealand and the United Kingdom respectively.

Dilys Grant is the Project Manager of the First World War Centenary Programme for the Wellington City Council.

Peter FitzSimons is a journalist with The Sydney Morning Herald and Sun-Herald, a regular TV commentator, and former radio presenter and national representative rugby union player. He is the author of over twenty books, and is Australia's biggest-selling non-fiction author of the last ten years. His new book is Gallipoli (Random House, ISBN: 978-1-74166-659-5), and he will be speaking about that in a solo event on 15 May at the Auckland Writers Festival, and appearing in two group events (14 and 16 May).
