Ben Goldacre: good science

Ben Goldacre is an author, broadcaster, campaigner, medical doctor and academic who specialises in unpicking the misuse of science and statistics.

Ben Goldacre is a Senior Clinical Research Fellow at the Centre for Evidence Based Medicine in the Department of Primary Care in the University of Oxford, a Research Fellow in Epidemiology at LSHTM, and runs the EBMdataLab in the University of Oxford.

His best-selling books include Bad Science Bad Pharma and Collected Journalism and Papers. For a decade he wrote the weekly 'Bad Science' column in The Guardian.

Later this year Goldacre will visit New Zealand for the Think Inc event An Evening With Ben Goldacre (24 September, Mercury Theatre, Auckland).
