The Employment Relations Amendment Bill

The Government is pushing ahead with employment law changes which will make it easier for employers to walk away from collective negotiations. But the Minister for Workplace Relations, Michael Woodhouse, says the greater flexibility around negotiations will not undermine collective agreements.
