Judge Eugene Hyman: Preventing domestic violence

US judge Eugene Hyman has spoken all over the world on the subject of domestic violence and its end result in the criminal and family courts. He has a special interest in domestic violence as it affects children and says for the perpetrators it's about power and control. He is in New Zealand to give a series of lectures to law-school students and will meet with politicians.
