Dave Cull - His Worship

After just one term on the Dunedin City Council, Dave Cull is the city's new mayor and he's due to be sworn in next week. But as well as the chains of office, Dave Cull is also bearing the weight of the city's debt, which has soared with the building of the Forsyth Barr Stadium. He talked to Chris about priorities for the city, engaging with the community, and the fate of Carisbrook.
