A week before Christmas in 2012, jazz musician Neill Duncan lost an arm to cancer.
It would have been tough for anyone but for a man who made his living from playing the saxophone it was potentially career ending. However, a year and a half later Neill Duncan is back playing a one-handed saxophone.
