It's official, Matt Coleman is the New Zealand Music Manager of the Year. The man behind the success of Midnight Youth, Dane Rumble and Ivy Lies took the award from a very strong list of nominees. "I worked out I'm working with over 50 people under the age of 25!" Coleman said after receiving his accolade. Becs Caughey, who manages Shapeshifter and Ladi 6 among others, was one of the contenders at the Music Managers Federation event. Nick Atkinson talks to Caughey and Coleman about the trails and rewards of wrangling the biggest acts in the land.
