Not just a condom ad apparently but a commercial extolling the delights of its use. Property values in Auckland are up 33 per cent since 2011. The largest movements are in suburbs close to town. Rates won't suddenly shoot up. A property revaluation determines a share of rates. Although in the end the rates will reflect value.
