He's been driven out of New Zealand, he says, possibly by people with political interests. Sir Owen also cited a media obsessed with unearthing scandal. Hone Harawira's stalked off from an interview with a 3News reporter because she asked him about decriminalizing cannibis. He hates cannabis, he's said drugs are a major problem in Northland communities and he didn't support decriminalisation. Now his position is he doesn't like young people being criminalised because of it. The Ice Bucket Challenge, which we all know about by now. It's been going barely a month. The ALS charity has benefited so far by more than $US70 million.
