A brawl broke out in Otara following days of tension between Samoa and Tongan rugby league fans. Six people were arrested over the fight which involved around 200 people, ahead of this weekend's World Cup clash. But has this been a bit of a beat up? We talk to Auckland councillor Efeso Collins about whether this represents the majority of fans or if it's just a small portion of an otherwise respectful group.
