Missing the leak in leaky homes

A couple who sold a leaky home has won a Court of Appeal case. Despite initially being held liable for not advising the buyers about the homes problems, a second court found they didn't realise it was leaky. A building inspection was done on the house but failed to find the weather-tightness issue. We talk to Roger Levie, chief exective of the Home Owners and Buyers Association about such a crucial issue could be missed.
