Bill Gates has spent $80 million on a big chunk of land in Arizona to build a smart city of the future about 45 minutes away from the city of Phoenix. Twenty-five thousand acres, to be made into the city of Belmont.
And The Panel discusses research out of Vanderbilt University that's said to show for the first time that specific visual talents are present independent of general intelligence.
