A study has revealed more than a third of senior doctors and dentists have been the victim of bullying behaviour and more than two thirds of medical professionals have witnessed bullying. The report found the behaviour ranged from gossiping to physical violence, to the point that some staff feared going to work. The problem this big we ask the panellists how the industry could find a solution to it.
