A professor at the London School of Economics has a new book called "Bullshit Jobs". In it, he details how whole industries are made up of jobs that are a waste of time.
He says that it would make no difference to the world if jobs in industries like telemarketing, corporate law, financial or management consultation, totally disappeared.
