Workers compelled to work at Easter

From The Panel, 4:18 pm on 25 June 2018

The Dunedin City Council has surveyed workers in the city about working during the Easter holiday. It found that half of those surveyed felt pressured to work on the long weekend by their bosses. Easter 2018 was a one-off because of the Ed Sheeran event in the city. The Council survey of retailers, employees and the general public shows there's mixed support for the policy to continue.
