We've come to the end of winter, Housing Minister Phil Twyford saying he'll meet his winter housing target by the end of September.
Bernie Harfleet is an artist involved in the project Give A Kid A Blanket, he returns to The Panel to tell us how many blankets the project gave out to those in need this winter compared to the last few years.
