Petrol expected to crack $3 per litre

There seems to be a near consensus that petrol will reach $3 per litre. Truck drivers have protested today and there was news of a dead rat to swallow - the Transport fund financed by fuel taxes posted a $634 million surplus. Economist Brad Olsen talks about petrol reaching that $3 high and how much Saudi political intrigue could affect NZ fuel prices.
