A well-known Dunedin resident Neil Collins has died at the age of 77. He was a radio broadcaster, he presented the old Miss New Zealand pageants back in the day and anchored numerous Telethons. He wwnt on to be a City Councillor for many years and was awarded both an ONZM and a QSM.
