Social norm language pays off for MOJ

The Ministry of Justice is applying a sort of peer pressure to get people to pay their fines. It's discovered the philospher's stone of wording to get people to pay their fines which the ministry believes will lead to $1.7m more in fines being collected each year. Joe Bennett has some other re-worded phrases to share.
