Build to rent option for NZ

A new report by real estate specialist CBRE says the build-to-rent model is well established in the UK and US but in its infancy here. The Colliers web site it says the build-to-rent sector is poised to gain momentum in 2019. Is this the answer to New Zealand's housing crisis prayers?
