Panelists thoughts one week after mosque killings 22 March 2019

From The Panel, 3:46 pm on 22 March 2019

What the Panelists Morgan Godfery and Katie Pickles have been thinking about a week on from the Christchurch mosque attacks.

Morgan says the attack has brought up what he thinks are "ancestral memories". His ancestors survived the New Zealand Wars, and it's a reminder for him that many of the same pathologies that existed back then still exist now.

Katie is the author of a book about post-quake Christchurch Christchurch Ruptures. She hopes the awful tragedy will lead toward some genuine change for good.
