Tweaks to new gun laws

Some amendments have been made to the bill before parliament to toughen-up the country's firearms laws. International law professor Al Gillespie has has concerns. He says "innocent until proven guilty " is a very important part of New Zealand's legal system. But with this bill, there's a basic presumption of guilt of unlawful possession, if guns are found in unexplained circumstances.
